The Masoneilan Type 51/52/53 Piston Actuators meet requirements that exceed the typical capabilities of pneumatic spring diaphragm actuators. This model actuator is available in three different configurations:

• Type 51: Double-acting cylinder (no springs), available with integral volume tank.
• Type 52: Single acting cylinder, air to extend (extend stem) spring return
• Type 53: Single acting cylinder, air to retract (retract stem) spring return
